30-day no-stress returns.

Try it for 30 days. If you don't love it, send it back — we pay return shipping on orders over $25. No restocking fees, no "you opened the box" deductions.

How returns work

  1. Email returns@smartlotelectronics.com with your order number.
  2. We send a prepaid return label within an hour during business hours.
  3. Drop the package at any UPS, USPS, or FedEx location.
  4. Refund hits your card 2–4 business days after the package scans in.

What's returnable

  • Any unused or lightly used product within 30 days of delivery
  • Defective products at any time (covered by warranty)
  • Wrong items shipped — we'll ship the right one immediately, no return needed

What's not

  • Items physically damaged after delivery (drops, water beyond IP rating)
  • Open hygiene items (earbuds without seal intact, sleep-mask gear)
  • Bonus items by themselves — bonus must be returned with the qualifying order

Warranty

Most products carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (see specific product page for exact terms). If a product fails inside its warranty period, we replace it free — you only pay return shipping if your order was under $25.

Refund methods

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear in 2–4 business days, PayPal in 1–2 business days. Store credit is processed instantly if you prefer it.
