Standard orders typically arrive 2–4 business days from order date. Express orders placed before 2pm PT ship same day and arrive next business day.
Carriers
We use UPS, USPS, and FedEx depending on destination and package size. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Track it any time on the order tracker.
International
Currently shipping to US and Canada only. UK and EU launching fall 2026. International customers may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
Order confirmations
You'll get three emails per order: confirmation, shipped (with tracking), and delivered (with photo confirmation when available).
